Since graduating from Lycoming College in 1977 with a degree in accounting, Joel has worked in both public and private accounting over a twenty-year span. Beginning in 1997, he became registered and joined The Comprehensive Financial Group and which is located in the Jersey Shore State Bank, to offer financial-related services to clients (Investment Advisory Services and brokerage services offered through Cetera Advisor Networks LLC.)

Joel is a Registered Principal with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC., he offers a variety of investment and insurance solutions to help individuals, families and businesses identify and pursue their financial goals and objectives.

Joel currently resides in Williamsport with his wife, Carol.
